Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Post-Production Media & Data Manager to support marketing post-production workflows across trailers, TV spots, promos, and other creative advertising assets. In this role, you will manage media fulfillment, asset tracking, metadata accuracy, and work order creation to ensure creative teams, editors, and finishing vendors have the materials needed to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting post-production operations, digital media workflows, and asset management systems within entertainment, media, studio, agency, or creative production environments. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


What You'll Do:

· Identify available source media and coordinate distribution to creative agencies, editors, finishing vendors, and internal stakeholders

· Manage requests for marketing assets, editorial materials, and source content while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment

· Track media deliveries, asset requests, versions, schedules, and project milestones throughout the post-production lifecycle

· Create and maintain media orders and work orders outlining deliverables, asset requirements, and production expectations

· Maintain accurate metadata, asset IDs, file naming conventions, versioning, and delivery records across asset management systems

· Partner with marketing operations, distribution, asset management, and preservation teams to support content creation, delivery, and archival workflows

· Coordinate preview link creation and asset sharing for internal stakeholders and creative partners

· Troubleshoot delivery issues including missing, corrupt, incomplete, or incorrect media files

· Ensure vendors have appropriate content security approvals and access to pre-release materials

· Support vendor onboarding, profile management, and asset access requests

· Assist with campaign asset tracking, reporting, database management, Airtable initiatives, and operational process improvements

· Support special projects, departmental reporting, meeting documentation, and workflow optimization efforts


What You Bring:

· 3–5 years of experience supporting digital media workflows within post-production, entertainment marketing, studio, agency, or media production environments

· Strong understanding of film, television, marketing, and post-production workflows from content creation through final delivery

· 3+ years of experience working within Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), Production Asset Management (PAM), or similar systems

· Experience creating work orders, tracking asset requests, and managing media fulfillment workflows

· Knowledge of digital video, audio, metadata, file formats, and content delivery processes

· Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and operational tracking systems

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and proactively within deadline-driven environments


Bonus Points If You Have:

· Experience with Xytech order management systems

· Experience using Airtable or similar workflow management platforms

· Experience supporting entertainment marketing, trailers, TV spots, or promotional content production

· Familiarity with media archival, preservation, and asset lifecycle management

· Experience working with high-volume digital media operations
