TM International is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, grow brand awareness, and engage customers across digital channels. This role will manage day-to-day social media activity, develop compelling content, support marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and help translate business objectives into effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

· Create and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with company goals, campaigns, product launches, events, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

· Write clear, on-brand captions, headlines, social copy, and calls to action tailored to each platform and target audience.

· Partner with internal teams to gather content, promote company initiatives, highlight products or services, and support employer-branding efforts.

· Create or coordinate visual content such as graphics, short-form videos, photos, stories, reels, and promotional materials using approved brand standards.

· Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and escalate customer-service or reputation concerns when appropriate.

· Track social media trends, competitor activity, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.

· Assist with planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget coordination, creative testing, and performance reporting.

· Measure and report on key performance indicators, including engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign return on investment.

· Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behavior to increase visibility, engagement, and business results.

· Maintain brand consistency across all social media communications and ensure content reflects TM International’s voice, values, and reputation.

· Support broader marketing activities, including email campaigns, website updates, trade shows, events, internal communications, and digital advertising as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred.

· Two or more years of social media marketing, digital marketing, communications, or content-creation experience preferred.

· Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts and developing content for multiple platforms.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

· Experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

· Familiarity with social media analytics, Google Analytics, campaign reporting, and performance metrics.

· Basic graphic design and video-editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.

· Working knowledge of paid social advertising, including Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other relevant advertising platforms.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
