Description Pork Sale Representative-National AccountsPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Pork National Accounts Sales team here at JBS USA in Greeley, CO, in office at our corporate headquarters! The primary responsibilities of this Sales Rep include managing National Accounts retail customers, developing new business with targeted accounts, and working together to manage profitability for all parties.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage JBS's current and future retail accountsUse product and market knowledge to generate salesDetermine customer needs and match new product and programs to address account goals.Give pricing quotes and modify prices necessary to deal with specific customer needs.Collaborate with field sales team to develop new accounts and move accounts up the value chain.Work with margin management to increase sales margin.Contact accounts daily to discuss the availability and pricing of individual products.Responsible for following market conditions and recognizing market trends.Thorough understanding of customer entire organizational structure and merchandising strategy.Understand all accounts in department to make the team stronger.Build customer relationships.Responsible for understanding accounts in depth to include but not limited to the following: Payment Terms, Credit, Claims, Service, etc. Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:BS/BA degree preferred with a major in one of the following: Agri Business, Meat Science, Business, Marketing, Ag Econ or Animal Science strongly preferredMinimum 5 years or more previous sales experience in retail grocery or comparable field preferredExperience in meat sales strongly preferredPrior premium pork sales experience highly preferredExcellent phone and strong presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail Oriented40+ hours per weekMust be willing to travel around 10%Microsoft Office applications a must.Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
