The Kitchen Utility Worker plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe and organized dining environment. This position supports kitchen and dining operations by ensuring proper sanitation, equipment care and food storage standards are consistently upheld.What You'll Do: Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing areas Operate dish machines and ensure proper sanitation procedures Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils and glassware Complete and maintain temperature, sanitation and equipment logs Clean kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, mixers and refrigerators Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal and sanitizing surfaces Assist with food prep and plating as needed Support proper storage, labeling and rotation of food and supplies (FIFO) Maintain safe storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies Assist in dining room cleaning, table resetting and light meal service when assigned Follow all OSHA, food safety and Sunrise safety standardsKitchen Utility Worker - Help Keep Our Kitchen Clean, Safe and Running SmoothlyKitchen Utility Worker | Dishwasher | Kitchen Support | Food Service | Sanitation | Dining Services
Pay Range:15.21 - 19.01
