We are a local craft meat processing facility seeking an experienced Lead Meat Cutter to join our team. This position is designed for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in the art and precision of whole-animal fabrication, exceptional product quality, and delivering thoughtfully prepared cuts to meet our customersโ€™ exact specifications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in whole-animal breakdown, a deep understanding of meat structure and cutting techniques, and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality portions with accuracy and care. Experience working with custom cutting instructions and specialty orders is required.

As the lead in our cutting room, you will set the standard for craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role requires someone who can guide daily workflow with a steady pace and professional rhythm while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, yield, and presentation. You will help ensure that every cut reflects the quality and care our customers expect.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in whole-animal fabrication and meat cutting.
