Meat Cutter:
As a Meat Cutter, some of your job duties will include cutting, trimming, chopping and grinding meat products following best in class procedures. You will tray product and wrap product to display it for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a variety of high-quality, fresh product for our customers. You will handle freight, organize coolers, and assist with ordering product. You will operate electric meat saws, grinders and other meat processing equipment. You will provide product suggestions to our customers and assist them with special orders. Your job will be to provide our customers with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work. You will assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment. In some areas, you may be required to obtain a food handler's certification.
