Job Summary
Duties include the receiving and unloading of incoming materials and comparison of
Information on the packing slips while monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels
Â
Essential Job Duties:
- Â Sorts and counts packages, labels, totes, etc.
- Â Operates pallet jack or forklift for unloading product
- Â Receives product and places in proper location
- Â Performs a physical count of inventory
- Â Restocks items as necessary
- Â Informs purchasing agent of low-level inventories
-  Practice all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
-  Follows all Safe Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s)
- Â Adhere to all safety regulations and practices
- Â Maintains a safe work environment inside/outside for all associates by picking up all debris, trash and etc.
- Â Wears required uniform as needed
- Â Knowledge of and adheres to all state and local health requirements
- Â Provides good personal hygiene
- Â Performs additional duties as assigned to meet demands of daily production scheduling
- Â Responsible for production quality
- Â Ensure all tools and supplies needed to get the job done are available
- Â Notify Lead when issues arise
- Â Assures compliance with all company safety rules
- Â Follow and monitor proper safety equipment usage and safety practices
- Â Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Â Must attend work consistently
- Â Good attention to detail
- Â Strong communication skills
- Â Display strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Â Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Â Production process experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Â Standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

- Wage Scale $18.00 - $22.00
