Job description

Clark's Custom Meat Co is a small meat processing company and retail store dedicated to the safety and well being of our team, extraordinary customer service, and connecting our community to local farmers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. Job responsibilities include all aspects of meat production including slaughter, processing, further processing, sausage production, and clean up. Species produced include whole carcass beef, hogs, lamb, goat, and wild game. An apprenticeship program is available for exceptional individuals. Candidates must be honest, kind, hard working, team oriented, value integrity, learn quickly, self motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, detail oriented and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week

We are small processing plant in Northwest Missouri that specializes in beef and hog production. We do live slaughter and processing on site. Our business also boasts a retail store that carries locally sourced and in-house processed meats like steaks, ribs, burger, fresh and smoked sausages, jerky, local honey, jellies, and more! Our mission is to connect our community with local farmers to bring the Farm to Families. Clark's cares deeply about our team members and fosters an environment of excellence and high performance standards. We strive to bring the absolute best to our customers through our craft of meat production. Our team certainly works hard each day but we also enjoys time inside and outside of work team building and creating meaningful relationship with each other.
