Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย 

The Brand Managerย is responsible forย leading and growing The Good Crisp Companyโ€™s brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. This role ensures the brandย shows upย consistently, compellingly, and in a way that drives both awareness and conversion across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.ย 

This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning key brand initiatives including innovation launches, campaigns,ย experiential marketing,ย messaging, and day-to-day brand management. The Brand Manager partners cross-functionally to bring the brand to life in a way that isย relevantย playful, andย rooted in great taste and high-quality ingredients.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Own The Good Crisp Companyโ€™s brand strategy across all channels, ensuringย consistency and clarity in how the brand shows up across packaging, retail, digital, social, and e-commerceย 

  • Translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns and storytellingย 

  • Develop and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyaltyย 

  • Lead brand management for new product launches and innovationย 

  • Partner cross-functionally to bring new products to market, including positioning, messaging, packaging input, and go-to-market plansย 

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and reasons to believe (RTBs)ย 

  • Ensure clear, differentiated, and compelling communication across all SKUs and platformsย 

  • Partner with Design to bring the brand to life visuallyย 

  • Provide clear briefs and direction to ensure creative aligns with brand strategy and business goalsย 

  • Collaborate with Sales and Shopper Marketing toย support development of retail programs, merchandising strategies, and customer-specific initiatives that drive conversionย 

  • Oversee brand presence across digital and e-commerce platforms, buildingย consistency and effectiveness across website, Amazon, and paid/owned digital channelsย 

  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate campaigns, innovation, and brand health, adjusting strategies accordinglyย 

  • Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and E-comm teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and atย a high levelย 

  • Bring to life experiential marketing ideasย

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goodsย 

  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels (retail, digital, social, e-commerce)ย 

  • Experience leading product launches and innovation from concept to marketย 

  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, positioning, and messaging developmentย 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Operations, and E-commerce teamsย 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsย 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentย 

  • Experience managing agencies or external partners is a plusย 

Position Details:ย 

Whileย weโ€™reย ideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder area,ย weโ€™reย also open to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person. For remote candidates, occasional travel isย requiredย for team meetings or company events.ย
