The Brand Managerย is responsible forย leading and growing The Good Crisp Companyโs brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. This role ensures the brandย shows upย consistently, compellingly, and in a way that drives both awareness and conversion across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.ย
This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning key brand initiatives including innovation launches, campaigns,ย experiential marketing,ย messaging, and day-to-day brand management. The Brand Manager partners cross-functionally to bring the brand to life in a way that isย relevantย playful, andย rooted in great taste and high-quality ingredients.ย
Key Responsibilitiesย
Own The Good Crisp Companyโs brand strategy across all channels, ensuringย consistency and clarity in how the brand shows up across packaging, retail, digital, social, and e-commerceย
Partner cross-functionally to bring new products to market, including positioning, messaging, packaging input, and go-to-market plansย
Oversee brand presence across digital and e-commerce platforms, buildingย consistency and effectiveness across website, Amazon, and paid/owned digital channelsย
Leverage data and insights to evaluate campaigns, innovation, and brand health, adjusting strategies accordinglyย
Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and E-comm teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and atย a high levelย

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goodsย
Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels (retail, digital, social, e-commerce)ย
Position Details:ย
Whileย weโreย ideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder area,ย weโreย also open to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person. For remote candidates, occasional travel isย requiredย for team meetings or company events.ย
