The Measure Tech is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, scope of work and materials needed for all sold projects assigned to them in an assigned territory. The Measure Tech follows the project through the life cycle of the project. Job Expectations: - Responsible for onsite assessment of all sold projects to include the following, technical measurements, product specification requirements for the job and scope of work. - Provide material list for the job - Apply and track all permits required for project - Follow the life cycle of the project from start to finish to include job site visits as required - Submit structural issues and concerns to Senior Project Manager for approval - Maintain 98% accuracy on all tech measures - Complete 5 job site visits a week - Complete min 5 tech measures a week with a goal of 10 - Provide 1 Service Provider lead a week - Submit weekly activity report weekly - Maintain records for all credit card transactions Bonus: This position is eligible for bonus.
