About Us:

We are a leading bathroom construction company seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee all post-sale operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at problem-solving, this role is for you!
Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have previous construction and management experience with a track record of accomplishing goals. They will posses the ability to delegate responsibilities to others but be willing to jump in and help when the situation calls for it, recognize and solve problems on the fly, follow and improve processes, hold employees to a standard, be able to resolve conflict and represent the company in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all activities following a sale all the way to installation and service after installation.
  • Hire, delegate to and manage employees including: Measure Tech, Warehousing/Material Procurement, Installers and Service Techs.
  • Ensure customers are met within 1-3 days post-sale to confirm contract details, align customer expectations with installation plans, and verify accurate measurements for custom parts. (Measure Tech)
  • Oversee the timely ordering and staging of materials in the warehouse, ensuring installers have clear access and understanding of components and expectations of the project.
  • Manage customer expectations upfront, setting clear timelines and mutual responsibilities.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers (or delegate to team members) from sale to installation, updating them on material orders and shipping and expected installation timeline.
  • Evaluate staff and installer performance, coach for reliability, and manage hiring/firing to maintain a capable, fully staffed team.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time, to our standard, and paid immediately upon completion.
  • Submit weekly pay numbers for the department.
Requirements:

  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in construction management.
  • Ability to train and lead a team effectively.
