Measurement Technician - Water (Levels I, II, & III)

As a Measurement Technician in water services, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of essential water systems across Midland, Midkiff, and Big Lake. This position offers rewarding challenges, competitive pay, and the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects that impact communities.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform water measurement and calibration tasks with precision to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Install and maintain radio equipment and ensure communication uplink
  • Operate ¾ ton truck, to support daily operations across multiple locations.
  • Use supplied tools to conduct measurements, troubleshoot issues, and document findings accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold safety protocols.

Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measurement techniques.
  • Ability to operate vehicles and basic handheld tools comfortably.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills for reporting and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in water measurement, instrumentation, or field operations.
  • Basic understanding of utility systems and water infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous field technician experience, especially in water services, is a plus.
