High end, drop off catering and full scale event company looking for a VP of Sales to oversee the entire sales program and manage a small sales team.
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the overall revenue strategy and sales performance of the catering company. This executive role drives new business development, strategic partnerships, client retention, and market expansion while overseeing the sales team and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. The VP of Sales plays a key leadership role in positioning the company as a premier catering and hospitality provider in both corporate and social markets.
Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in catering, hospitality, luxury events, or related industries. (Not Hotels)
  • Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong network within corporate, drop off, and event planning communities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profit targets.
