Home Health - Full Time - Office Manager Assistant
Location: Mason, TX
Hill Country Preferred Senior Care
Responsibilities:
  • Available during the Agency’s operating hours. 8-5 with 1 hour lunch break
  • Main source for answering phones, taking messages and transferring to the appropriate staff
  • Uploads and Scanning assigned to you
  • Request MDV-Provider notes
  • Wound Pic uploads
  • Admit Packets-there should consistently be at least 20 packets ready amp; available. Report to OM when supplies are low.
  • Mail DC surveys monthly
  • Collect AOR forms and file in Binder. Keep list current and communicate with CM’s and DON on the status of the list.
  • Job duties subject to change as census grows
