  • Hands-on kitchen leader comfortable cooking on the line, leading service, and supporting lean teams
  • Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Passion for mountain lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and community-oriented hospitality
Responsibilities
  • Not a traditional hotel chef
  • responsible to mentor and help develop the team
  • Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple meal periods (breakfast, après-ski, dinner, events)
  • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and execution during peak volume and holiday periods
  • Develop and update seasonal menus aligned with guest expectations, food cost targets, and operational efficiency
