MDS Assistant Opportunity
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Position is full-time, onsite at the building.
The MDS Assistant is responsible for the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Skills Needed:
  • Clinical Judgement/Assessment: Attention to detail and strong clinical assessment skills. The ability to develop plans of care that are consistent with the resident's needs.
  • Collaboration: Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.
  • Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse RN).
  • One to three years of experience in MDS completion preferred.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
