Epiphany Dermatology is seeking high-performing, driven MBA graduates to join our Leadership Development Associate – MBA Program, an accelerated and intensive leadership development experience designed for future healthcare leaders.

This enhanced program builds on our established Leadership Development Program and is tailored for candidates with advanced business training, strong analytical skills, and the ambition to grow quickly into influential leadership roles. Participants gain hands-on exposure to the business of healthcare through high-impact projects, close partnership with senior leaders, and meaningful contributions across our growing, multi-site specialty practice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Business & Operational Immersion: Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.
