The Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is looking for a driven, personable Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our state-of-the art Jack Giambalvo Mazda location in York!

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you’ll be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting dealership standards for performance and satisfaction.

Greet customers and guide them through the entire buying or leasing process—from initial contact to final delivery

Determine customer needs through effective questioning and active listening

Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives) and highlight features, technology, and benefits

Clearly explain pricing, warranties, leasing options, and vehicle value, including equity and depreciation

Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand features, paperwork, and next steps

Build long-term relationships through follow-up, trust, and transparency

Maintain prospect development and accurate CRM activity to grow your client base

Stay up to date on Mazda models, incentives, technology, and competitive comparisons

Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Introduce customers to service personnel to support long-term retention

Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to auto sales

Attend sales meetings and work with management to achieve individual and team goals

Track and analyze performance to continuously improve productivity

Perform daily sales routines and other duties as assigned

Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (automotive experience preferred, but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident, genuine, and customer-focused
