Buscamos un mecanista experimentado con experiencia práctica en la operación de máquinas CNC Mazak. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida formación en mecanizado de precisión, un ojo atento al detalle y la capacidad de trabajar de forma eficiente en un entorno acelerado. Serás responsable de montar, programar y operar fresadoras y/o tornos Mazak para producir piezas complejas que cumplan con estrictas tolerancias y especificaciones del cliente. Este puesto está ubicado en nuestras instalaciones de Anaheim, CA, y no se requiere conducir como parte de las tareas del puesto.

Responsabilidades clave:
  • Montar, operar y mantener máquinas CNC Mazak (MTV, FJV, SVC, QTN, Integrex, Variaxis o similares).
  • Interpretar dibujos técnicos, planos y archivos CAD/CAM para garantizar una producción precisa.
  • Programar máquinas usando Mazatrol o G-code según sea necesario.
  • Realizar cambios de herramientas, desplazamientos y ajustes para mantener la calidad y la eficiencia.
  • Realizar inspecciones en proceso utilizando herramientas de medición de precisión (calibradores, micrómetros, CMM, comparador, etc.).
  • Solucionar problemas de mecanizado y optimizar procesos para mejorar el rendimiento.
  • Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad y mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
Cualificaciones:
  • Mínimo de 5+ años de experiencia como tornero, con al menos 3 años específicamente en equipos CNC Mazak.
  • Competencia en programación de Mazatrol; el conocimiento de la programación EIA/ISO es un punto a favor.
  • Sólido conocimiento de los principios de mecanizado, materiales (por ejemplo, aluminio, acero, titanio, plásticos), herramientas y soportes de corte, términos como SFM, IPR, DOC, APEX, MRR, etc.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos y especificaciones complejas.
  • Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Se prefiere experiencia con mecanizado multiejes (3, 4 o 5 ejes).
