Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Setup and Operation:ย Set up and operate Mazak multi-axis turning centers and mills.
  • Programming:ย Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mazatrol or G-code.
  • Quality Control:ย Inspect finished parts for defects using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
  • Process Optimization:ย Optimize, optimize speeds, feeds, and tool selection to improve efficiency.
  • Maintenance:ย Perform routine maintenance on Mazak machines, including cleaning and ensuring proper lubrication.
