Job description

IronRoad is conducting a confidential search for a Mazak Integrex Operator. This is a direct hire position for our Fairfield, Ohio client. We are looking for a detail-oriented operator and or skilled machinist that has hands on with Mazak Integrex multi axis machines. We are looking for someone who wants to come to work every day, do their job and be compensated well to include a $2.00 shift differential for this second shift position. You will be working four ten-hour days and more if you would like to work some overtime. We are looking for a team member with a great vibe. Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00+ per hour based on your skill & experience. Determined by Hiring Manager

Shift Differential - $2.00 per hour for 2nd shift

General Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mazak Integrex Operator to join our team on second shift. This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Mazak Integrex multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components to specification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mazatrol programming and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machines for precision machining operations.

Edit and make minor modifications to Mazatrol programs as needed to ensure part accuracy.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications to determine machine setup and operations.

Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part conformance.

Monitor machine operations and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize quality and efficiency.

Perform routine machine maintenance, including tool changes and cleaning.

Document production information and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience operating Mazak Integrex CNC machines or similar multi-axis CNC machines.

Working knowledge of Mazatrol programming.

Working knowledge of Mazatrol programming

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Prior experience in a production environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up-to 50 lbs. as needed.

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
