This is a general application for Service Advisor openings across Swickard's Maui and Honolulu area dealerships. There is no specific position available at this time. Qualified candidates will be contacted as opportunities arise.

No automotive experience required - we hire for communication skills, hospitality instinct, and follow-through, and train the brand knowledge. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process - from write-up to delivery
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience that keeps people coming back
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• No automotive experience required - service advisor, hospitality, sales, or any guest-facing background welcome
• Clear, composed communicator - able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps
• Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy service operation
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
