Compensation: We offer competitive pay to our employees .Our sales employees, including top performers, earn an average commission and bonuses ranging from $70,000 to $110,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

โ€ข To be considered for the job, you must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

โ€ข A college degree is a plus; able to travel within 50 miles of their home address to the assigned store.

โ€ข Basic computer skills are required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

โ€ข Retail sales experience is a plus, as is the ability to manage conflict resolution.

โ€ข You must be a team player, able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, and possess problem-solving skills.

โ€ข Professionalism and a willingness to participate actively in training programs to improve product knowledge are essential.

โ€ข You should be customer-focused and available to work on weekends and holidays if needed
