Job description

The Mattress Sales position is a key role within our in-store retail environment, focusing on providing customers with expert guidance and tailored mattress solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role offers a stable, travel-free work setting and an opportunity to advance to a Lead Sales Associate position. Ideal candidates will be personable, knowledgeable, and driven to help customers find the perfect mattress for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their mattress needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchase decisions
  • Maintain product knowledge to stay current on mattress options and promotions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build repeat business and loyalty
