Job description

The Day Matron will help set the standard for cleanliness, organization, and guest experience from day one. This position is essential to creating a welcoming, polished, and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Restroom Care & Cleanliness
    • Maintain restrooms in pristine condition throughout operating hours
    • Perform routine cleaning, restocking of supplies, and spot checks
    • Address spills or cleanliness issues promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety
    • Must be able to service gender-specific restroom facilities in compliance with privacy standards
  • Floor & Surface Maintenance
    • Keep all floors clean, polished, and free of debris
    • Monitor high-traffic areas and address issues as they arise
  • Glass & Detail Cleaning
    • Regularly monitor and clean glass surfaces to remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks
    • Ensure mirrors, glass walls, and doors remain presentation-ready at all times
  • Meeting & Event Support
    • Clean and reset meeting rooms and event spaces before and after use
    • Respond quickly to turnover needs during events or back-to-back meetings
    • Ensure spaces are tidy, welcoming, and ready for the next use
  • Experience Center Support
    • Maintain an elevated standard of appearance consistent with a showcase environment
    • Act as a visible steward of cleanliness and professionalism within the space
    • Communicate any maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
