Job description

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Consultant will become a Revenue Cycle Management focused Subject Matter Expert for the Senior Living and Long Term Care customers. Working collaboratively with a team, this position will lead clients through software implementation, providing training and best practice workflow recommendations.
Let's talk about Responsibilities
  • The key position involves utilizing your recent Senior Living and Long Term Care industry/consulting experience and knowledge in the following ways:
  • Deliver high value consulting services that drive RCM transformation via successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for its Senior Living and Long Term Care customers.
  • Deliver best practice training to customer team though deep understanding of the MatrixCare RCM performance and reporting tools.
  • Managing customer feedback loop to account management, product management teams in effort to improve overall customer experience.
  • Assist the MatrixCare Implementation and Training Team to build best practices for customer implementations that help drive long term customer success.
  • Serves as RCM Consultant/Subject Matter Expert to e-learning content team and key presenter for monthly, web-based customer trainings .
  • Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools
  • Ability to utilize analytics tools to drive customer success.

  • Prior experience with Senior Living and Long Term Care industry
  • Ability to become a MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert
  • Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles
  • Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, professional presentation abilities, and demonstrated success leading complex projects from issue identification through resolution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance affecting the healthcare industry
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in HealthCare Administration, Business Management, Finance or Accounting
  • Healthcare software implementation and/or training experience for Revenue Cycle Management teams
  • Experience implementing/training software users in a highly diversified environment
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$68,000.00 - $94,000.00
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
