SUMMARY
Provides nursing care is in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, including: comprehensive assessment, monitoring of the health status, coordination of services, teaching and training activities, and management of the care plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nursing: 1 year (Required)
  • Home Health Care: 1 year (Required)
  • RN License (Required)
  • Oasis Experience (Required)
  • Medicare Home Health (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Start of Care Oasis Assessments
  • Wound Care
  • Medication management
  • Catheter care
