Job description

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
We have recently partnered with a progressive, family-owned hospice organization in Glenwood Springs, Colorado that is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in the comfort of patients' homes. They are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their growing team.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $43.00-$49.00+ (higher compensation available for extensive hospice experience)

  • Evening On-Call Pay - $4.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hospice nursing care throughout the Glenwood Springs service area (candidates living nearby are preferred)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 15 patients
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and interdisciplinary care team
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation using MatrixCare
  • Participate in a rotating evening on-call schedule (one night per week)
  • Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
  • At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience
  • Experience with MatrixCare is preferred
  • Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently
