What are Matrix Direct Sales?

Matrix Direct Sales refers to a business model in which products or services are sold directly to customers, often through a network of independent sales representatives. The 'matrix' aspect typically involves a multi-level or tiered structure, where representatives can earn commissions not only on their own sales but also on the sales made by people they recruit into the network. This structure can incentivize both product sales and team building. Matrix Direct Sales are commonly used in industries like wellness, beauty, and household products. Participants should research the company and compensation plan to ensure it aligns with their goals and is compliant with legal regulations.
