Position Summary

DuBois Integrity Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 4th Grade Math/Science Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching mathematics, an ability to engage young learners, and a commitment to meeting state standards while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach State Standards:

    • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state math/science standards and curriculum guidelines.

    • Utilize diverse teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of students.

    • Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning.

  • Data Analysis:

    • Regularly assess student progress using formative and summative assessments.

    • Analyze assessment data to identify learning gaps and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

    • Maintain accurate records and document student progress for reporting and improvement purposes.

  • Classroom Management:

    • Establish and maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.

    • Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote respectful and responsible behavior.

    • Use proactive strategies to prevent disruptive behavior and handle challenges constructively.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
