Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business operations, and cross-functional alignment. This role requires strong communication, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, with context across supply chain and cloud data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management across strategic initiatives aligned with leadership priorities
Act as a central coordination point across business and operational teams to track progress and drive execution
Lead preparation and execution of leadership reviews, including business updates, presentations, and insights
Manage rhythm of business (ROB): weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring clear tracking of actions and outcomes
Drive structured communication across stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; proactively drive mitigation and resolution
Support leadership in planning, prioritization, and operational governance
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent engagement across teams
Generic Managerial Skills:
PBI; Data, 810+ years of experience in program/project management or business operations Strong communication skills with proven ability to drive leadership-level communication and executive messaging Experience working in supply chain or cloud data center environments, with understanding of operational workflows and dependencies Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting senior leadership in high-visibility roles Familiarity with business operations, governance models, and performance tracking Experience managing executive reporting, dashboards, and structured reviews
