Materials Program Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Materials Program Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of material planning, procurement, and logistics in support of large-scale manufacturing projects. This role is critical to ensuring that the right materials are sourced, delivered, and available at the right time to meet demanding project schedules. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in supply chain coordination and project-driven material management within complex manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, production, and engineering teams to align material needs with production schedules.
Track and report key performance indicators such as material readiness, lead times, supplier performance, and project fulfillment metrics.
Lead, coach, and support a team of planners, coordinators, and warehouse staff to execute on material logistics goals.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
APICS/CPIM or PMP certification is a plus.
