The Materials Manager is responsible for leading multi-site materials operations and inventory control across North America Logistics Operations. This role drives reliable material flow, strong inventory governance, and standardized execution across warehouses and stockrooms supporting manufacturing and distribution.

This position reports to the Director, North America Logistics Operations and is part of the logistics organization. This is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead materials operations across multiple sites including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
  • Drive inventory accuracy and control (99%) through standardized processes and cycle counting
  • Reduce material dwell and improve flow across inbound, internal, and outbound processes
  • Lead systems transformation initiatives including SAP WM and S/4HANA
  • Develop and lead Materials and Inventory Control Supervisors across sites
  • Ensure GMP compliance, audit readiness, and CAPA execution

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma along with minimum 7+ years of experience, bachelor or master degree preferred
  • Experience with SAP (WM/MM) or similar ERP systems
  • Experience with materials management, or warehouse operations, or inventory control
  • Experience leading teams across multiple sites or complex operations
  • Experience operating in a regulated or GMP environment

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel up to 20% within the region
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry materials as needed in a warehouse environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Multi-site inventory standardization initiatives
  • ERP or systems transformation (e.g., S/4HANA)
  • DBS, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies

The annual salary range for this role is $103,000 to $141,500. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
