Job description

Description:

Seeking for an Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for assisting day to day operations of the installation department. Delivering close-out documents, permits, drawings, as-builts, zone maps, 100% test letter and any other documentation requested to the clients/job sites/Fire Marshalls as needed. Adhere to the highest quality standards set forth by DynaFire, Inc., while assuring a professional and safe working environment.

  1. Delivering necessary materials to and from job sites.
  2. Running permits as needed.
  3. Assist Project Managers in any additional functions or requests relative to the New Construction Department.
  4. Work with the project managers to determine the scheduling necessary to get equipment, wire, and materials ready for the projects.
  5. Confirm that the devices, wire, and materials are available in the warehouse or scheduled for delivery from the manufacturers and distributors by working with the purchasing department.
  6. Ensure that no equipment or materials leave the staging area or the warehouse without the

  8. Assist Project Manager in daily communications, written and verbal, with the field personnel, customer, and other DynaFire employees.
  9. Assist with inventory control.
  10. May be required to deliver equipment to the job sites.
  11. May be required to pick up equipment from job sites and local distributors.
  12. Full compliance of DynaFire policies and procedures.
  13. Other duties as assigned by DynaFire.
  14. Full Compliance with the company’s and client’s safety programs and policies.
  15. Collect Job documentation to return to Engineering.
Requirements:
  • Entry Level Experience as a Project Management Assistant
  • The Project Manager Assistant shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of computers and software is required.
  • FASA/BASA within the first 12 months of employment.
