Logistics Coordinator Role:
A Nexplore Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Nexplore instructors receive accurate and timely teaching tools and curriculum materials to be prepared for instruction. Committed to maintaining accurate, organized, and cohesive records and inventory, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee stocking, ship/track materials, and support office staff with day-to-day operations. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in equipping Nexplore Instructors with teaching materials and maintaining an orderly, productive work environment. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in efficiently and successfully supporting logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Own the full execution of ensuring instructors are prepared with the physical tools needed to teach Nexplore programs, including:
    • Prepare curriculum materials to ship to instructors
    • Create UPS labels and ensure packages are shipped/tracked
    • Email instructors access to curriculum content, tutorials, and lesson plans
    • Ensure instructors have received all required materials prior to starting classes
  • Maintain accurate schedule info by updating software with new classes, as needed
  • Help keep the office organized
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stocking/ordering materials, as needed
  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities meeting deadlines, as assigned
  • Provide backup support for other team members within the company, as needed
  • Support with general day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant supporting with logistics (preferably in education)
  • Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning
  • Impeccable note-taking skills
  • Ability to anticipate and approach all problems with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and multi-task with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • MUST have reliable transportation (drop off packages to UPS/USPS)
  • Experience and proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and internal software
