Job Description

This is a FULL-TIME SEASONAL DRIVER position with AURA LOGISTICS LLC delivering packages!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

We are looking for TEAM PLAYERS who desire to grow with the Company:

  •  Military veterans are welcome!

  •  Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  •  As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

BENEFITS & SCHEDULING:

  • $21.50/hour (paid biweekly)

  • 10-hour shifts are typical

  • 4-day workweek (40 hours) is typical

  • Schedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 3 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; every other weekend should be off

  • Expect daytime shift with future potential to work 2nd shift if desired

  • ⏱ 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

  •  Performance incentives & bonuses available

  •  Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (employees working 30+ hrs/week)

  •  Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time

  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle

  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

  • Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events/conditions

  • Work in all weather conditions; lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; get in and out of a van repeatedly

  • Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed

  • Use smartphone device for GPS, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and team communication

  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

  • Support the team when needed, including rescue calls

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (no pre-employment marijuana test)

  • Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify)

  • Must have good English speaking, reading, and communication skills

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:

  • Delivery vehicle & gas

  • Handheld technology

  • Uniforms

  • Safety and administrative gear

HIRING PROCESS: Takes approximately 1–2 WEEKS to complete (may take longer for out-of-state licenses).

Qualifications
  • ✅ Be 21 years of age or older
  • ✅ Hold a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required)

  • ✅ Be authorized to work in the United States

  • Pass a 4-panel drug test (marijuana is not included in pre-employment testing)

  • ✅ Have a clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the past 3 years)

  • ✅ Be able to speak, read, and write in English for safety and navigation

  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

  • ✅ Be comfortable working in all weather conditions

  • ✅ Be able to enter and exit a delivery van 200+ times per day
