Manage the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee total construction efforts to ensure multifamily residential projects are completed according to design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Manage communication and coordination with owners, subcontractors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of project personnel and assigned teams.
  • Develop project schedules, determine manpower requirements, coordinate material needs, and manage equipment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and records using company software.
  • Monitor construction progress through onsite leadership and take corrective action when needed to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate onsite activities including scheduling, engineering support, material control, and administrative operations.
  • Review project plans and provide technical guidance on construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure onsite teams follow safety requirements, project procedures, and company policies.
  • Manage contract financials while protecting company interests and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  • Support additional project initiatives as needed.
