Kohler Co. seeks Materials Control Managers - AFO for its Sheridan, Arkansas location. Responsible for the overall management and control of all the materials in the Arkansas Faucet Operations (AFO) plant, leading the team in executing best practices and measuring performance, providing operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity. Responsible for the materials management functions relating to inbound and outbound for components and finished goods, administering raw material/components, warehousing, storage, Inventory control and accuracy, supermarket, material flow, Kanban, JIT, kitting process, and on-time material feeding to production to meet the operational execution, fulfillment, and working capital goals of the company as well as the designing and analyzing overall Material Flow, Conveyance and Intra logistics strategy to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, optimizing inventory storage, availability, and delivery to production; Development, and sustainment of a plan for every part (PFEP). $148,678-$217,050/yr.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Engineering Management or related field and 9 years of experience in the job offered or in a Materials Control Manager-related occupation.
