What You Will Do:
  • Schedule production orders in SAP for work-in-process materials and verify proper processing to support production schedules.
  • Reconcile material goods issues and receipts to production orders daily, ensuring inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform material tracing and audit manufacturing paperwork within SAP.
  • Coordinate material and product changes.
  • Plan and manage daily labor schedules to meet production demands while controlling overtime.
  • Track and maintain SAP databases and production records; prepare reports in a timely manner.
  • Attend management meetings to stay current on project status, production schedules, and operational updates.
  • Train line employees and management on accurate SAP data entry.
  • Support supervisors with planning and scheduling; help resolve production, scheduling, and shipping issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company mission, values, policies, and standards of conduct.
What You Will Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in production control, manufacturing, or scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Windows-based systems.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
