Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability and a willingness to learn and cross-train across multiple operational areas within the facility.What You'll DoAs an Advanced Production Associate, you'll support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation, helping ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a hands-on position where you'll receive training and gain experience across production, packaging, inventory, shipping and material handling operations. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:Operate and support production, packaging and material handling equipment.Load, unload, move, package, label and transport materials throughout the facility.Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control and material tracking.Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.Package finished products and prepare shipments for distribution.Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners and other material handling equipment safely.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Crosstrain in multiple departments to support operational needs and career development.Work collaboratively with operators, leads, supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.Other duties as required.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work and is ready to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or production experience is preferred but not required.Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic math, counting, and computer skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.Ability to work overtime when needed.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Ability to work well in a diverse environment.Additional Requirements:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.Ensuring the safety of our employees and compliance with industry regulations is our top priority.
