Responsibilities
This Is Not a Desk Job. This Is a Launchpad.

What You'll Be Doing (and Learning FAST)
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
    Intensive, proven training designed to get you productive quickly - not "someday."
  • Work directly with a high-performing sales agent
    You'll guide real buyers through real homes, gaining hands-on experience most agents don't get for years.
  • Analyze and sharpen client search criteria
    Deliver clear, written feedback that helps clients make decisions faster - and helps deals move forward.
  • Write and negotiate offers
    Learn deal structure, strategy, and leverage side-by-side with a master negotiator who fights to win and teaches you how to do the same.
  • Lead generate at least 10 hours per week
    This is where opportunity is created. You'll build confidence, pipeline, and income by doing the work others avoid.
  • Weekly script practice
    You'll master the language of real estate - objections, conversions, and confident conversations that create appointments and contracts.
  • Be fully immersed in a winning team environment
    Team meetings, accountability, standards, and energy - iron sharpens iron here.
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching + trainings + Partner Call
    You're not guessing your way forward. You'll receive direct coaching, real feedback, and clear expectations every week.
