Job description

Summary
Join a leading team and elevate your career alongside the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America.
Step into the role of a Showing Assistant and enhance your expertise with our comprehensive support system. We offer a well-established framework that includes proven strategies, advanced tools, personalized coaching, ongoing training, and accountability measures designed to drive your success. Bring your ambition and commitment, and we'll support you every step of the way.
Beyond unlimited career growth, you'll enjoy benefits such as revenue sharing, health insurance, equity accumulation, vesting opportunities, and access to exclusive investments. Embrace a future filled with both professional advancement and financial prosperity.
Responsibilities
This Is Not a Desk Job. This Is a Launchpad.
If you're driven, competitive, coachable, and ready to earn instead of wait, this role puts you directly in the action - working deals, sharpening skills, and learning from a master negotiator who is fully invested in your success.
What You'll Be Doing (and Learning FAST)
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Intensive, proven training designed to get you productive quickly - not "someday."
  • Work directly with a high-performing sales agent
You'll guide real buyers through real homes, gaining hands-on experience most agents don't get for years.
  • Analyze and sharpen client search criteria
Deliver clear, written feedback that helps clients make decisions faster - and helps deals move forward.
  • Write and negotiate offers
Learn deal structure, strategy, and leverage side-by-side with a master negotiator who fights to win and teaches you how to do the same.
  • Lead generate at least 10 hours per week
This is where opportunity is created. You'll build confidence, pipeline, and income by doing the work others avoid.
  • Weekly script practice
You'll master the language of real estate - objections, conversions, and confident conversations that create appointments and contracts.
  • Be fully immersed in a winning team environment
Team meetings, accountability, standards, and energy - iron sharpens iron here.
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching + trainings + Partner Call
You're not guessing your way forward. You'll receive direct coaching, real feedback, and clear expectations every week.
  • Track activity and results in PLACE technology
What gets tracked gets paid. You'll learn to operate like a professional from day one.
Who This Is For
✓ Hungry self-starters
✓ Competitive, resilient, and thick-skinned
✓ People who want mentorship, not micromanagement
✓ Those who want real skills, real deals, and real money - not just a license
You'll have direct access to a master negotiator who is rooting for you, teaching you, and pushing you to win - but you must be willing to show up, do the work, and earn it.
If you want easy, this isn't it.
If you want growth, income, and elite training, this is your shot.
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
  • People oriented
  • Positive, happy attitude
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Learning based
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate
  • Delaware Real estate license or desire and ability to obtain one
