The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:  Support day-to-day operations in the Documentation group for OTC Interest Rate Derivatives and Credit Derivatives, ensuring all relevant processing and maintenance functions are completed accurately within prescribed timeframes and in accordance with established departmental procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review ISDA confirmations for Interest Rate Derivatives paper trades.

  • Process confirmations for Interest Rate Derivatives Markitwire trades.

  • Process confirmations for Credit Derivatives including uploading trades to TradeServ.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with ISDA and market practice.

  • Interact with Counterparty, Front Office and Legal as needed to resolve confirmation issues.

  • Ensure the tracking of outstanding confirmations is recorded and reported to management.

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries timely and with professionalism.

  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of other units we deal with and effectively interface with those units when required.

  • Work with the team and assist with ad-hoc requests and project related tasks.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing for systems upgrades, database conversions and introduction of new systems.

  • Provide training to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with ISDA Definitions

  • 4-5 years of experience with ISDA Documentation

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Teamwork and collaboration

  • Bachelor’s Degree

The typical base pay range for this role is between $66K - $83K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
