For those with a passion for ministry and helping others through Christ, the College of Theology offers bachelor and master's degrees in Christian Studies. Specializations include Youth Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, Biblical Studies, and Christian Leadership.
As an adjunct faculty member, you'll provide program instruction incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. If you are highly motivated and passionate about teaching exceptional quality instruction in modern facilities with smaller class sizes, we'd like to hear from you.

Course: Christianity in a Global Context
This writing intensive course is a survey of global Christianity that examines the mission and purposes of God and His people among the nations. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of recent mission movements, best practices for mission strategies, and contemporary trends in global Christianity.
What You Will Do:
  • Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
  • Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
  • Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

What You Will Bring:
  • Preferred: Master's in Divinity (preferred) or Master's in Theology or Master's in Christian Studies with 8 graduate credits in missions or cultural anthropology from an accredited college or university AND 2 or more years professional experience in Missions or teaching missions at the postsecondary level.
