Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop & Manage the Technology project plan for the project, including the following:
End to end coordination between all impacted scrum teams
Dependencies between Technology teams
SIT/Interconnectivity testing
Info Security launch conditions that impact technology
Penetration testing, SAST, DAST, performance testing
Technology operations knowledge transfer & turn over
Cloud Infrastructure work
Vendor Implementation Management :
Assist vendor onboarding teams with coordination of technology due diligence
Partners with vendors to understand their implementation process and how it maps to Jenius Agile processes.
Facilitate vendor requirements gathering with Jenius stakeholders
Manages Technology project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Drives problem resolution and risk mitigation.
For programs, partner with Technology leadership on resource allocation and planning
Ensures Program or Project follows IT policies and standards and Jenius Technology Project Management process and Jenius SDLC
Coordinate with Architecture Scrum Master to plan timing of AGCs required for project or program
TPM to pass technology updates to the PMO group for the specific program or project level reporting. This would ensure aligned updates at a Program and Project level are being shared with leadership.
Partner with PMO on Project retrospective and closure
Scrum Master :
Servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge
Drive Scrum ceremonies with delivery team.
Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness.
Ensures in depth tracking of Risks , Timelines and Dependencies
Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision and road map - Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users.
Create metrics driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics.
Drive Agile team objectives.
Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams.
Measure user story execution.
Handles external relations, e.g. product or vendor partners
Identify and remove team impediments, escalate where assistance is needed in removing impediments
Partner with the Product Manager to improve efficiency of the overall team. Look at current obstacles and plan what can be done to prevent obstacles in the future.
Responsible for detailed Scrum level metrics reporting from JIRA and other plugins.
