Job description

General Summary

The Manager, Master Data Governance is responsible for owning enterprise master data standards, ensure master data integrity across divisions, and define data conversion logic between legacy ERP systems and Infor M3 CloudSuite. This role will work closely with business users and implementation partners to prepare, cleanse, transform, and validate data to ensure optimal conditions for ERP migration and ongoing data entry at the corporate level. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business.

The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce corporate master data standards for product, style, color, vendor, customer, and reference data.
  • Establish naming conventions, coding structures, and attribute requirements.
  • Own data mapping and conversion logic between legacy ERP platforms and Infor M3 CloudSuite.
  • Lead data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for each migration wave.
  • Partner with consultants and business teams to execute data extraction, transformation, and loading cycles.
  • Monitor master data quality metrics and implement controls to sustain data integrity.
  • Provide guidance and training to business users on master data standards and data entry practices.
  • Serve as corporate authority for master data readiness prior to ERP go-lives.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Specific Job Skills:

  • Experience working with external consultants and internal business stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive enterprise standards across decentralized organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP master data management, data governance, or data conversion.
  • Proven experience defining data mapping and conversion logic in ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data.
  • Experience working with external consultants and internal business stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive enterprise standards across decentralized organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infor M3 or Infor CloudSuite.
  • Retail, footwear, or apparel industry experience.
  • Familiarity with data migration methodologies and tools.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000-$145,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
