Job description

We are actively recruiting for experienced senior-level consulting professionals with strong expertise and hands on consulting experience with Master Data Management and Data Architecture. Positions are available based in major metropolitan areas nationwide.


These positions require a strong background with Master Data Management projects in a consulting environment, particularly experience with data strategy, transformation/normalization, architecture and data libraries and developing data governance.


  • Extensive, hands-on experience with Master Data Management in a professional services environment - 6+ years

  • Experience with custom MDM solutions and/or SAP/Oracle MDM products and services.

  • Excellent client-facing skills, able to interact effectively with up to C-level leadership at client organizations.

  • Strong communication skills; able to explain, educate and train client staff on issues relating to effective data management across the enterprise.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with 8+ years of professional services organization:

  • For Manager/Senior Manager candidates: Engagement leadership experience, able to coach, mentor and develop junior staff as well as business development experience in a consulting environment.

  • Education: Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MS) helpful, additional professional certifications desirable.
