We are seeking an experienced individual to drive critical Master Data Management development activities, focusing on hands-on solution design, configuration, and platform support. As an MDM Developer, you should have a strong technical background and demonstrate experience in Informatica MDM, IDMC MDM SaaS, and enterprise data integration and governance practices. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining MDM solutions that ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance while following software engineering best practices.
Responsibilities include the end-to-end development of MDM solutions and data integration pipelines, from concept to production, working within mixed-skill teams and in close partnership with Data Governance teams and business stakeholders. By leveraging technical expertise and data management acumen, you will deliver impactful MDM solutions that improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and drive business efficiency at scale.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions using IDMC MDM SaaS
  • Configure and manage Business Entities, Hierarchies, Match & Merge Rules, Trust and Survivorship Rules, Reference Data, and Stewardship Workflows
  • Implement data governance and master data management best practices
  • Support multi-domain mastering including Customer, Supplier, Product, Material, and Finance data domains

Informatica IDMC Development
  • Develop cloud-native data integration pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Integration for Replication (CDIR)
  • Design batch, near real-time, and real-time integrations using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures
  • Develop reusable frameworks, mappings, and workflows to support enterprise data integration requirements

Data Quality & Governance
  • Perform data profiling and root-cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain data quality rules, scorecards, and monitoring dashboards
  • Implement validation, standardization, parsing, enrichment, and cleansing processes
  • Collaborate with Data Governance teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Data Integration & Architecture
  • Build integrations between MDM and enterprise applications including ERP, SAP S/4HANA, cloud applications, and legacy systems
  • Design and review source-to-target mappings and data models
  • Participate in cloud migration and MDM modernization initiatives
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data pipelines and MDM solutions

Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide production support and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and MDM platform issues
  • Participate in release deployments, testing, and CI/CD activities
  • Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams and contribute to technical documentation

  • 2+ years of Informatica IDMC experience
  • Experience implementing enterprise MDM solutions across multiple domains
  • Experience with cloud-based data management platforms and modernization projects
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Technical Experience:
  • Deep experience configuring Business Entities, Hierarchies, Match & Merge Rules, Trust and Survivorship Rules, Reference Data, and Stewardship Workflows within Informatica MDM
  • Experience developing cloud-native data integration pipelines using CDI, CDQ, CAI, and CDIR
  • Strong understanding of data quality profiling, scorecards, and monitoring dashboard development
  • Ability to design and review source-to-target mappings and data models
  • Experience integrating MDM platforms with ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, cloud applications, and legacy systems
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, release deployments, and production support
