Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated Master Cabinet & Kitchen Remodel Installer to lead complex projects, maintain exceptional standards, and support training and mentorship of team members. This is a senior-level, leadership-driven role for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives on delivering top-quality remodels from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute and oversee full-scope kitchen remodeling including cabinet installation, countertops, tile, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, trim, and accessory installs
  • Lead crews or work independently depending on project scope
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact with homeowners on job site
  • Read and interpret complex plans with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Mentor junior and lead installers, supporting skill development and efficiency
  • Coordinate material planning, staging, and timeline tracking

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-scope kitchen remodeling or related carpentry work
  • Mastery of cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, and related tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve on-site and deliver consistent quality without oversight
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in physically active environments

Preferred but not required:
  • Experience in custom cabinetry, cabinet refacing, or wood refinishing
  • Experience training or managing remodeling crews
  • Spanish-speaking ability
