We're looking for a Carpenter who brings both skill and passion to the craft - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment and takes pride in building work that represents world-class brands. You'll be part of a collaborative fabrication team responsible for producing custom exhibit components, scenic elements, and immersive environments that meet ET Global's exacting standards.
  • Build custom components using wood, laminates, composites, and specialty materials
  • Interpret detailed shop drawings and translate them into precise, high-quality builds
  • Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools with expert proficiency
  • Fabricate scenic elements, platforms, walls, cabinetry, and exhibit structures
  • Participate in pre-assembly, test fits, and quality assurance reviews
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fellow fabricators to solve challenges creatively and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace aligned with ET Global standards
  • Support onsite installations and dismantles when required (travel may be part of the role)

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional carpentry or fabrication experience (exhibit, event, or theatrical fabrication strongly preferred)
  • A deep understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery, and material behavior•
  • Ability to read and execute from technical drawings with accuracy
  • Proficiency with shop equipment including table saws, routers, sanders; CNC familiarity is a plus
  • A commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality
  • Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on fabrication tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for installations

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in trade show or live event production• Knowledge of metalwork, plastics, scenic painting, or hybrid fabrication
  • CNC router experience or CAD/CAM familiarity
  • Forklift or aerial lift certification
