Job description

Insulation Technician
Hiring Immediately!

Come join our team at American Installations as we expand our company and be a part of the exciting and rapidly growing field of Weatherization! We primarily work with the Mass SaveTM program, installing insulation, air sealing, venting, weatherizing, etc., you will learn the concepts of Energy Efficiency and Building Science. We work in residential homes to make them more energy efficient, year-round and full-time!

If you have previously worked in the Mass Save program, we would be excited to discuss with you the opportunity to join our company. Now is a great time for both our company and the Mass Save program, and we are looking for individuals with good character who want to continue their career.

No experience in this field, No problem! If you are looking to learn we provide extensive training to new-hires and opportunity to grow.

This position offers benefits, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k with a match from the company. We also offer a performance based compensation that includes a base pay + commission, with the potential to earn over $100,000/year,
