Job description

  • Air sealing and caulking
  • Loading insulation machine
  • Stock service truck for daily duties
  • Install insulation
  • Crawl space insulation, ground cover floor installation
  • Venting and installing ventilation equipment (rooftop)
  • Regular use of saws and other construction tools.
  • Box Truck operation (Non-CDL) Must be able to pass DOT Physical.
  • Scaffolding set up and dismantle
  • General maintenance of machinery

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  • Past experience in the installation of insulation
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic and willing to work hard
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
  • Willing and able to work in small spaces a plus
  • Able to continually represent the company in a professional manner.

Year round work schedule with an average of 40 to 45 hours per week. A typical work day is from 7:00 AM to 4:00PM. Some out of state travel may be required for training.
